Our Holiday Travel Zone agent will help and guide you to your car as you arrive at the Srinagar International Airport. It will take roughly 35 minutes to travel through the center of New Srinagar city from the airport. The driver leads you past the Abdullah bridge, which spans the banks of the Jehlum River and stealthily approaches Kashmir's northwest border. We then get to the hotel and check in, where you will spend the night and eat dinner. Note: Additionally, go to a handicraft store to buy locally made goods, including carpets, papier-mache, bed covers, jackets, shawls, and much more! Road safety is everyone's responsibility. In the evening, take a stroll along the Dal Lake while exploring the local markets. The J&K traffic police and motor vehicles department began shuttle services for tourists and visitors from the botanical garden to Chashmashahi, Pari Mahal, and Shankaracharya temple (by order from the J&K government and UT). (Vehicle fees: INR 100 per person).

We will drive to Sonamarg, the magnificent alpine resort, after breakfast. We go through a charming rural area on the way to Sonamarg, passing through rolling hills, verdant forests, crystal-clear streams, and blossoming rice fields. The town of Kangan, which takes care of all the local necessities in this area, will be zoomed past. We will travel from Kangan to Mammar, which is well-known for its trout farm, and make a stop for a hot cup of tea before continuing to Sonamarg. Once more, we will get out of our cars at Gagangir, a popular tourist destination. Constructed in the middle of the Sindh River, the location resembles an island with snow-covered portions. We will walk or ride a horse for three hours to the Thajwass Glacier in Sonamarg (at our own expense). Following our return, we'll either observe local life or go to the tiny town market for some snacks (at our own expense). In the evening, we will return to Srinagar by car and check into a hotel for the night.

After having breakfast, leave for a whole day trip to one of the amazing off-beat places of Kashmir – Doodhpathri, Yusmarg or Manasbal Lake. All these places offer an opportunity to be amidst natural beauty and serene settings. Known as “Valley of Milk,” Doodhpathri features vast green fields and mountain views, along with flowing rivers and streams. It makes a perfect place to be amidst nature and have some quality time away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Yusmarg is yet another amazing hill station that is known for its serene surroundings. Some of the other popular places to be visited on the way include Hazratbal Shrine, Wular Lake and Khir Bhavani Temple. Later in the evening, reach Srinagar to have dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

We head to Gulmarg, the main attraction of this 6-night, 7-day trip in Kashmir, after breakfast. Views of the beautiful scenery and nearby villages can be seen during the journey. Explore the lovely meadows when you get there, then take the Gondola ride—one of the world's tallest cable cars—at your own expense. Savor expansive vistas of the snow-covered Alps. Horseback riding to Strawberry Valley is optional later. Go back to Srinagar for dinner and spend the night.

Drive to Pahalgam (the Valley of Shepherds) after breakfast. Visit the remains of Awantipora and saffron farms en route. Savor beautiful drives through rural areas and pine trees. Discover Betaab Valley and Chandanwari (at your own expense) or take a horseback ride to the Baisaran Meadows in Pahalgam. Take in the stunning scenery and unwind in the middle of nature. Spend the night at the Pahalgam Hotel.

After breakfast, transfer back to Srinagar. Visit Mughal Gardens, including Shalimar, Nishat, Tulip Garden, Pari Mahal, and Cheshma Shahi. Also visit the Shankaracharya Temple. Later, enjoy a peaceful Shikara ride on Dal Lake: dinner and Overnight Stay in a Houseboat.

Return Home With Happy Memories……….. After breakfast, visit Shankaracharya temple, Lal Chowk & local market. Transfer to Srinagar Airport to board your flight with unforgettable memories of your 6-night 7-day Kashmir itinerary.
