I have planned my trip to Kashmir from Holiday Travel executive Mr. Akash. He provided a very good itenary of 5 days and 6 nights. Mr. Akash provided support whenever needed and the trip experience was very good. He also sent reminder message & informed me in advance to book tickets for Gondola ride. Our taxi driver was a very decent and helpful guy who helped to guide us through whole trip. Overall experience - Wonderful

And Only Bad feedback for Cab Driver name Pradeep kumar, he is not a well guide, he was only after for extra money and always try to changes to our plan jo company ne btaya tha and humesha bol rha h mai waha ghuma deta hu yaha kuch khas nhi h, pure plan ka mood kharab krta rha, baki company achi h advance Paisa liya tha half but usse koi dikkat nhi h jo inhone promise Kiya tha service ke liye wo kabile tarif h, Hotel hum logo ne decide Kiya tha dilane ke liye aur in logo ne hume wahi Hotel dilaya (Bodh International Hotel Manali, market ke pas hi h) bhut acha hotel hai , man khush ho gya tha dekh ke itna saf suthra and Breakfast and dinner bhut acha tha...and 1 couple tripe Holiday Travel Zone ne sirf 10500 me krwa diya ....thanks a lot to them...5* dete but 1* Cab Driver ke liye jo Manali aur baki sightseeing ke liye diya gya tha

We had a 5 days Kashmir tour... It was best of our holiday experience. First of all our travel guide n driver Mr. Adil made our tour very comfortable, client friendly. He informed us about every beautiful aspect and places of Kashmir. The hotels provided by Holiday Travel Zone were very neat, clean n spacious providing best of veg. Food options. It being the winter season we enjoyed awesome tea n pakoras at the Zara Hotel. It had very cozy ambiance. We enjoyed at some of the best places like Sonmarg- Zero point n Pahalgam. On the local sight seeing day we were taken to Pari Mahal garden n other beautiful gardens in Srinagar. Our trip also had spiritual touch when we were taken to Sri Adi Shanankaracharya's Shiv Temple in Srinagar. Our last night stay was at Dal lake Houseboat which had a beautiful architecture. The trip planning was good and the the planner Mr. Akash is good at his work. The driver arranged by them was Imtiaz and he's a really nice guy. The hotels arranged were:1. Gulmarg resort in Gulmarg, It was a decent hotel with sufficient facilities and neat bathrooms. Food was good.2. Hotel Bombay Palace, Pahalgam, Again the hotel staff was very cordial and pleasant. Rooms were better than gulmarg and well maintained. But bathrooms needed some renovation. Food here was even better. Service was nice. The trip planning was good and We had a good time specially in gulmarg and sonmarg.

Very polite driver, very happy with the service But for the houseboat we had a lot of trouble as informed to me my houseboat was booked on Dal lake but it was changed to nigin lake and not updated to me. And for gandola in gulmarg I was not aware of online booking and we had to pay extra for the tickets it would have been better if it was included in the package. Wonderful experience of my trip . The trip was well discussed first with Saba Naaz & later with Babita ( trip coordinator ) . Both explained me the overall booking & were flexible to change it, upgrade me as hotels were not available at some places. I had a very detailed guidance & discussions with Babita throughout the journey as well. The driver was a bit reserved but on time daily. For 1st day houseboat was ok types food was good. For 2nd day due to bad weather we returned and had to go back to gulmarg/gandola the 3rd day. I spoke to Babita and she was kind enough to to make it again. because of this we could go again & that experience was worth . Both Saba's & Babita's guidance were very helpful throughout the journey. My dream came true when I landed on Kashmir valleys with my beloved wife on 20th oct, the moments spend & the memories created were beyond any words & imagination. The next 5 days were the most memorable movements of my life when we went through breathtaking valleys of gulmarg, sonemarg, pahalgaon & beautiful mughal gardens & lakes of srinagar. Excellent trip I ever had in India! People that we interacted on this trip were cordial and their Hospitality is commendable. Booking trips with Holiday Travel Zone as platform has made it easy. Our travel agent Babita had made sure that every detail of the trip is communicated well in advance. The driver Tariq has made a good difference in our trip by taking us to all the places and keeping us well informed on each and every upcoming trip a day ahead of time. He was very flexible in accommodating any on the fly requests and made sure he is showing us the famous spots in Kashmir explaining the background of each of the visiting place. Tariq also went out of the way to show us few spots which were not part of our itinerary. Stay at Royale Jannat hotel was good and the Manager and his staff has received us well, we have stayed 4 nights in this hotel. We had an awesome experience staying in the Deluxe house boat provided by Moon shine. The Manager and staff on the deluxe house boat has received us well and the food served over here was the best, we stayed in Moon shine Deluxe house boat for 1 day and wished we stayed more at this place. We had a 1 night stay in Hotel Bombay Palace in Pahalgam and did not like the stay when compared to other two hotels. This particular hotel is being renovated and there was a paint smell all over the place with good amount of house flies, my parent couldn't sleep well in the night in this hotel. Job well done Babita and the team, you have left me and my family with good memories from Jammu and Kashmir trip. Wishing you good luck in making more customers happy and expanding your business further. 1 day trip to Sonmarg - Visited zero point, trekking to snow point was an experience on its own. Had fun with my daughter and son on this spot. Visited Gumri on the way back. Elevation to this spot was around 11000+. 1 day trip to Gulmarg - Took a Pony ride to visit Strawberry fields, Hocky ice arena, Gondola ride, Kilenmarg. Since there is no snow, couldn't enjoy much in Gulmarg. 1 day sightseeing in Srinagar - Visited Shankaracharya Temple, Pari Mahal, Chesme Shahi - All these places were good viewing points of Srinagar City. Do make sure you are filling up your empty water bottle with the water at Chesme Shahi, the water is known to be containing the curing capacity for any stomach related ailments. Visited Nishat Garden, Badamvari and Hazratbal Shrine. Took a 1 hour Shikara ride in Dal lake and it is an amazing experience to be on this 9 km length and 6 km wide lake. 2 days in Pahalgam - We had a very good experience is visiting some scenic spots in Pahalgam. Visited Betaab Valley (don't miss this valley), Aru Valley, Chandanvari on Day 1. Visited apple farm, explored raw apricot from trees, trip to mini switzerland was adventerous and Ponies were well trained to take us to this highest elevation point in Pahalgam, visited Dublin and Kashmir valley on our way back. On our way back from Jammy to Kashmir we visited Patnitop and wish we had more time to spend our time in this spot.
