When you get to the ayurvedic center, you will talk to the doctor and then get treatment to make you feel better. Stay at the Ayurvedic center for the night.
The rejuvenation package includes programs that will restore your body's energy and health by getting rid of toxins and boosting your immune system with their protective and antioxidant properties. The various therapies for rejuvenation include Sirdhora, Kayaseka, Synchronised Massage, Abhyanga, Njavarakizhi, and Medicated Steam bath, among others. After a big breakfast on day 5, you will be driven to Vagamon to check into the Himaharsham. You can do whatever you want for the rest of the day. You can take a walk outside or stay in your room and relax. Himaharsham will be where you spend the night.
After breakfast and Himaharsham, you will drive for an hour to Thekkady, where you will see the sights and go boating on the Periyar Lake. Then you will visit the Spice Garden and ride an elephant. After you finish sightseeing, you will go back to Vagamon through Kuttikanam and Parunthumpara. Stay the night at Himaharsham.
On day 7, after breakfast, you will go on a tour of Vagamon that will include pine forests, meadows, the Kavukulam Waterfalls, Thangalpara, and Kurisumala. Dinner and a stay overnight at Himaharsham.
On the last day of the tour, have a big breakfast. After that, you'll be driven to the Ernakulam railway station to go home with a refreshed body, mind, and spirit.
