Day 01 : Chandigarh
Chandigarh Arrive Chandigarh Railway Station. On arrival meet and greet by our representative who will take you to the hotel. Check in at hotel. Start your tour with the blessings of Mata Mansa Devi, is very famous shrine. According t Hindu mythology head of Devi Sati had fallen here. Than visit Rock Garden which consist of various arts and objects made of industrial and urban waste. The credit of its foundation goes to Dr Nek Chand who was the road inspector in the Engineering department of Chandigarh. After that visit Sukhna Lake that lies in the foothills of shivalik range. People visit in the morning to enjoy fresh breeze. It serves as a picnic spot and good place for water activities. Evening free for shopping in sector 17 market. Day 02 : Naina Devi
Naina Devi Temple After breakfast, drive 100km to Nainadevi from Chandigarh. According to Hindu mythology, Sati killed herself by jumping in the fire when her father Daksha Prajapati insulted her husband, Lord Shiva. It is the place where the eyes of Devi Sati fell. The word Naina is derived from this. After that drive 70 kms to Sheetla Mata temple, Jangla from Naina Devi. Temple built in the middle of Tank like Golden Temple in Amritsar. Sheetla Devi symbolize power and peace. She is known to ward off heat from body of a person. Than proceed the journey to Jwalamukhi. Sheetla Mata temple Check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the Jwalamukhi hotel.
Day 03 : Jwala Mukhi
Jwalaji temple After breakfast start your tour with the blessings of Jwalaji temple. The temple is dedicated to 'GODDESS OF LIGHT'. There is a copper pipe in the temple from where natural gas comes out. Priest of the temple lights this. Than proceed the tour to Chintpurni temple, it is dedicated to Shri Chhinnamastika Devi or Chintpurni Devi is regarded as who takes away all the worries. The term Chhinnamastika suggest 'without the head'. At the time of self sacrifice, part of Sati's feet fell at this place. Than visit Bagalamukhi or Bagala Temple. Chintpurni temple It is the eighth Mahavidya among the famous 10 Mahavidyas. Bagalamukhi means 'The Crane-Headed one'. In the evening, return to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Jwalamukhi.
Day 04 : Katra
Chamunda devi Temple After breakfast, visit Chamunda devi Temple. Temple is dedicated to the Chamunda Devi who is form of Durga / Shakti. It is believed to be the abode of 'Shiva and Shakti'. Due to this reason, it is known as 'Chamunda Nandikeshwar Dham'. Than visit Kangra, temple also known as 'Vajreshwari Temple'. It is believed that Sati's body cut in to different pieces and remaining part stayed in this place. After that drive 250 kms 6 hrs to Katra. Evening check in at hotel. Day 05 : Katra
Mata Shri Vaishno Devi After breakfast, start trekking to Holy Shrine 13.5 km for the Darshan for Mata Shri Vaishno Devi Jee, return back in the evening. Overnight stay at hotel in Katra.
Day 06 : Chandigarh
