Day 01 : Delhi to Manali (570 kilometers)
Manali is renowned as the 'Valley of the Gods'. It is the ideal place for the ones in search of adventure and comfortable living while on a trip. On Day 1, our guests arrive in Delhi by air or train. Once in Delhi, you arrive at ITO Bal Bhavan by 5 p.m. (on our own). We depart for Manali from Delhi at sharp 5.30 p.m. The Volvo bus to Manali takes about 12 to 14 hours to reach. The bus reaches Manali at 6 a.m. or 7 a.m. the next day.
Day 02 : Half Day City Tour in Manali (3 to 4 hours)
Once we arrive in Manali, we check-in to our hotel at 12 noon. You can also check-in early if rooms are available. After freshening up in your rooms, be prepared to go for a half-day city-tour. We start around 2 p.m. and visit Hadimba Devi Temple, Vashisht village and Tibetan Monastery. Hadimba Devi is a wooden temple located in the middle of Van Vihar Forest.
The evening is reserved for you to explore shopping malls in Manali (Mall Road and IBEX Market). Once back from your trip, you can have dinner at the hotel and rest in your room. We stay overnight at this hotel.
Day 03 : Rohtang Pass up to Snowline
On Day 3, we have breakfast at the hotel and leave for an excursion to Rohtang Pass. We go up to the snowline in case the pass is closed. From the snowline we take cabs (Snowline Cabs) on share basis (own expense), which take us to Rohtang Pass. Once we reach the pass you can indulge in fun activities such as skiing, horse riding, snow-scooter ride and yak riding (personal expense). Finally, we return to Manali at around 4 or 5 in the evening and have dinner at the hotel. We spend the night at the hotel.
Day 04 : Manali-Kullu-Manikaran (85 kilometers / 4 hours)
Start the day with a filling breakfast at the hotel at 8 a.m. After this, we begin our excursion to Kullu and Manikaran. Once we arrive in Kullu, you can indulge in river rafting and shopping of Pashmina shawls (self-funded). After this, we visit Vaishno Devi Temple and Kullu's local market. We prceed to Manikaran right after. On arrival, you may take a bath in the natural hot-springs of sulphur. Also we visit the old Ram Temple and Gurudwara here. Manikaran is located in the Parvati valley which is at an altitude of 1760 meters and also along Beas River. After this day's visits we go back to Manali at 5 p.m. Have a delicious dinner at the hotel and stay for the night.
Day 05 : Manali-Delhi (570 kilometers / 15 hours)
On Day 5, after breakfast, we check-out from the hotel and visit Piccadilly Cinema from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. or Van Vihar (Nature Park). In the afternoon at 4.30 p.m. we leave for Delhi and reach the city at around 6 or 7 a.m. in the morning.
